These terms govern access to and use of Arktradezone and transactions carried out through the marketplace.
1. Purpose of the service
Arktradezone is an intermediary platform for users to publish, buy and sell ARK-related assets and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Arktradezone is not the seller of listings published by third parties.
2. User account
To use certain features you must create an account with accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity carried out through it. Impersonating others, creating accounts to evade sanctions or using the platform for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
3. Publishing listings
The seller is responsible for ensuring that the information, characteristics, availability and price of their listing are correct. Misleading, fraudulent or illegal listings, or listings that infringe third-party rights or applicable game or platform rules, are prohibited. Arktradezone may remove listings or restrict accounts when there are reasonable indications of a breach.
4. Purchases, delivery and disputes
Transactions must follow the purchase and delivery flow shown on the platform. Buyer and seller must cooperate in good faith and retain evidence reasonably necessary to resolve an issue. In a dispute, Arktradezone may review the available information and take the measures provided by the service.
5. Balance, prices and fees
Before confirming a transaction, the price and, where applicable, the relevant fees will be shown. The platformâs internal balance must not be interpreted as a bank account, deposit or investment product. The specific deposit, use or withdrawal conditions shown during each transaction form part of these terms.
6. Conduct and security
Manipulating transactions, abusing technical errors, harassing other users, introducing malicious code, abusively automating actions, or attempting to access accounts, data or systems without authorization is prohibited.
7. Suspension and closure
Arktradezone may limit, suspend or close accounts and listings when necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations or enforce these terms. Where applicable, the seriousness and recurrence of the conduct will be taken into account.
8. Liability
Arktradezone facilitates contact and transactions between users, but cannot guarantee that all listings or users are accurate, legitimate or available at all times. Nothing in these terms limits rights mandatorily granted to consumers and users by applicable law.
9. Intellectual property and ARK
Arktradezone is an independent service. ARK trademarks, names, images and other elements belong to their respective owners. They are referenced solely to identify the game and assets related to listings.
10. Changes and contact
