This policy explains what personal data Arktradezone processes, what it is used for and what rights you can exercise.
1. Data controller
The controller is the owner of Arktradezone. Before production launch, the Legal Notice must be completed with the controller’s name or company name, tax ID, address and contact email.
2. Data processed
We may process registration and account data (username and email), protected credentials, technical and security data, published listings, orders, transactions, balance, order-related communications, incidents, data required for payments or withdrawals, and support communications. Payment providers may directly process additional data under their own policies.
3. Purposes
Data is used to create and protect your account, provide the marketplace, publish listings, manage purchases and sales, process payments and withdrawals, prevent fraud and abuse, handle incidents and disputes, send transactional communications and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be performance of the contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in maintaining security and preventing fraud, or your consent where required. Consent, where used, may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
5. Recipients and providers
Data may be disclosed to providers necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, infrastructure, email and payment providers, subject to required safeguards. It may also be disclosed where there is a legal obligation or a valid request from a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, mechanisms recognized by data protection law will be used to legitimize such transfers.
7. Retention
Data will be retained while the account is active and afterwards for the periods necessary to address liabilities, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Data that is no longer necessary will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
8. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw previously granted consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe the processing breaches applicable law.
9. Security and minors
Arktradezone applies technical and organizational measures designed to protect data. However, no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by the related services they use.
